Bernadette Cass

Bernadette has been an agent for change for most of her professional life and change for the better is at the core of her professional purpose.

Now working as a highly effective coach, Bernadette continues to affect lasting change via her work with individuals and corporate clients. She is a specialist at helping identify the things restricting development and, from this, building positive growth. Her recent clients have included Mars, Lloyds Bank, the Institute of Physics, Sainsbury, and the Department of Justice.

Prior to becoming a coach, Bernadette held director level IT roles in both the corporate and public sector; most recently with Gillette International and HM Treasury.

Bernadette’s coaching is rigorous and challenging but always secure, honest and direct. She learnt to coach as a pupil of Coaching Development Limited and holds a Diploma in coaching which is examined to Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level by the International Coach Federation.

Bernadette is based in York where she mentors other coaches and, in her spare time, is a keen gardener.
