Candida March

img_4718Candida is passionate about supporting her clients in finding their own unique possibilities for growth, purpose and contribution. She has a talent for supporting clients to open up options and to see their world from different perspectives.

Candida is particularly interested in supporting leaders to establish just leadership in our increasingly inter-related and complex society, and changing climate.  Her combination of highly-trained intuition and a fine analytical mind have led clients to describe her work as deep, insightful, clear, clean and safe and based on great breadth of experience.

Candida coaches within a Company that she also chairs. It is a SME in the fire safety sector; she has helped increase the Company’s revenues 28 times and has worked in a number of directorial roles. Earlier in her career she has been a policy advisor and international trainer on women’s empowerment for Oxfam, has co-written books on the subject, worked on environmental issues, been Head of Equity Research Systems at the merchant bank Kleinwort Benson, and read Engineering at Oxford University.

She has been in the world of personal development for 15 years and has a range of qualifications. She holds a Diploma in Coaching and has mentored coaches in training. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  She has certificates in related studies from the Institute of Group Analysis and Goldsmith University, and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).  She is authorised to administer the Leadership Development Framework Profile and is an alumni of the Windsor Leadership Trust.

In addition to her coaching practice, Candida is trained in facilitating personal development through movement.  She trusts the wisdom of the body, and knows how to support people to connect to it.  She is excited by the power that is unleashed when body, mind and spirit align and sensitive to the difficulty in modern life of finding the opportunities to align them.

Candida lives in Oxford, and spends her spare time in physical activities in beautiful countryside, particularly hill walking in Snowdonia, cycling, and dance movement.
