Margot Corbin

Margot is an executive coach, facilitator and international speaker. She is interested in how organisations deliver results and is a specialist in how to engage people effectively; to help them achieve by encouraging performance ownership and leadership development.
She has been an internal consultant and HR Director for organisations, including American Express, SC Johnson and National Westminster Bank, for 15 years, and an external coach and consultant for 10 years. She brings particular expertise in different contemporary methodologies of business change, and has used these to practical effect in managing change processes around global strategy in organisations, in the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and US. She has worked in most business sectors including financial services, banking, FMCG, professional services, telecoms, and retailing and the public sector. She is particularly creative and effective in developing workable tactics for unusual problems.
Her work includes facilitating leadership teams to be high performing teams that deliver results and coaching individuals to be tremendous leaders. She is passionate about organisations being the best and she releases leadership capability and facilitates teams to be as successful as possible. Her focus is on performance and she looks to enhance ‘potential’ and minimise ‘interferences’. She is a specialist in how individuals handle relationships, management and leadership, and achieve an informed choice. As a coach, Margot has worked with individuals in differing roles and at different levels in a significant number and range of public and private organisations.
Margot has a degree in Social History from Leicester University, a diploma in HR Management, and an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies (Humanistic Psychology) from Surrey University, where her research dissertation was on leadership. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has a Diploma in Coaching and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited coach with the International Coach Federation. She is also an Executive Coach supervisor.
