One Life Coach Training
Core coaching techniques are profoundly powerful skills to use in the work place. They are as relevant to members of a board room as they are on the shop floor or any trading marketplace. Once executives acquire these skills they are more equipped to lead and motivate others, handle transactional conversations and listen to understand deeply what is really going on.
To help organisations develop these skills further leading to the introduction of a a culture of coaching into the work place we have developed 2 programs based on ICF accredited modules.
The approach taught in these programs help executives and managers to develop a style which will both impact organisational effectiveness and develop individual potential. The focus of the training is not simply on imparting tools and techniques, but on developing individuals’ inherent interpersonal skills so that the coaching approach becomes an automatic part of who they are.
